Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing Azzunotools. We are committed to providing reliable and transparent shipping services to our customers. Below are the details of our shipping policy.
1. Shipping Destinations & Limitations
Domestic Shipping Only: We currently only ship to the Continental United States (lower 48 states and Washington, D.C.).
Excluded Locations: We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or P.O. Boxes. Any orders placed with these destination addresses will be automatically canceled and fully refunded.
2. Fulfillment & Order Processing Time
To ensure rapid delivery, all of our welding equipment and tools are pre-stocked and fulfilled directly from our domestic partner warehouses in the United States.
U.S. Fulfillment Warehouse: 3363 Gun Club Rd, Nazareth, PA 18064 US.
Order Handling Time: 1 - 2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or major holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (EST), Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Order Cancellations (Before Shipment): If you request to cancel your order before it is shipped, we will refund the order total to your original payment method, with no cancellation fees. Any applicable shipping fees charged at checkout will be included in the refunded order total.
3. Shipping Time & Carriers
Once your order has been processed and leaves our Pennsylvania fulfillment centers, the transit times are as follows:
Shipping Time: 3 - 8 business days.
Total delivery Time: 4–10 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on carrier availability, weather conditions, holidays, and destination.
If your tracking information shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact us within 7 days. We will work with the carrier to investigate the shipment status.
Shipping Fee: Free standard shipping on orders over $100. For orders under $100, a flat shipping fee of $20 will be applied at checkout.
Our Shipping Carriers: FedEx, UPS, or USPS (depending on the package size and destination).
4. Sales Tax & Customs Fees
Sales Tax: Sales tax will be calculated and applied at checkout where applicable, in strict accordance with federal and local state tax regulations. The exact tax amount, if any, depends on the destination state of your order and will be clearly displayed before you finalize your payment.
No Import Duties: Since all items are shipped domestically from our warehouses within the United States, there are no international customs duties, tariffs, or import taxes for U.S. deliveries.
5. Order Tracking
As soon as your package is dispatched from our PA warehouse, a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number (FedEx/UPS/USPS) will be sent to your registered email address. You can track your package in real-time on the carrier's official website.
